Design Features:

  • Internal gear pump with radial and axial sealing gap compensation
  • Mounting: Any Mounting position: SAE hole flange, Line mounting, SAE suction and pressure flange
  • Right hand rotation
  • Input pressure: 0.8 - 3 bar absolute pressure
  • Pressure fluid: HLP mineral oils DIN 51524, part 2 or 3
  • Viscosity range of the pressure fluid:
    • 10…300 mm2s-1 (cSt)), up to n=1800 min-1
    • 10 ... 100 mm2s-1 (cSt), up to nmax
  • Permissible start viscosity: max. 2 000 mm2s-1 (cSt)
  • Permissible temperature of the pressure fluid: -20 ... + 80 °C
  • Required NAS 1638 purity of the pressure fluid: Class 19 / 17 / 14 (ISO 4406), Class 8 (NAS 1638)
  • Filtration quotient: min. β20 ≥ 75, recommended β10 ≥ 100 (longer life)
  • Permissible ambient temperature: -20 ... + 60 °C

Multiple pumps / Pump combinations available

When installed from large to small according to frame size and delivery, multiflow pumps can be created using IPVP pumps of the same or different sizes. IPVP pumps are available as two-flow and three-flow pumps. Four-flow pumps can be custom ordered.
