Voith IPVS Hydraulic Internal Gear Pumps

Voith internal gear pump logo

Voith IPVS Internal Gear Pump (high-pressure)

High volumetric efficieny at low noise output are characteristics of the Voith IPVS gear pump. Pressure fluid is pulled into the cavity between the internal gear and pinion each time the gear rotates past 180. As the internal gear rotates past the opposing 180 degree position the hydraulic oil is displaced by pinion teeth filling gaps in the gear teeth and forcing the pressure fluid out.

  • Internal gear design with involute gearing (non-cycloidal)
  • Voith Superlip radial gap compensation
  • High volumetric efficiency
  • Minimal pulsation of flow and pressure
  • Compact footprint
  • Light in weight
  • Wide speed and viscosity range

Multi-flow pumps / Combinations pumps

By combining IPVS pumps with other Voith medium-pressure and low-pressure gear pumps to create dual-flow or multi-flow pumps.
