Product Description
SUSTAINMICRON filter element prevents electrostatic discharges (ESD) and offers high bending stability and change stability. With an additional reduction in differential pressure of up to 30%, it combines three elements in one and will replace Optimicron, Optimicron Pulse, and Stat-Free in the future.
Sustainable oil filtration requires careful use of resources
High differential pressures at the filter element increase energy consumption in machines and vehicles, leading to increased emissions. Frequent filter changes, for example due to clogging or filter breakage, also lead to avoidable additional consumption of resources.
Premature oil degradation leads to shorter intervals between oil changes and filter element changes
Contamination with solid particles or electrostatic discharges (ESD) leads to filters becoming clogged with deposits more quickly. This means that the oil and filter element have to be changed more frequently to protect the machine or vehicle’s service life and prevent unwanted downtimes.
