Yates A2 Air (Pneumatic) Cylinders & H2 Hydraulic Cylinders

The head and cap are machined from solid 6061-T6 aluminum alloy bar stock. The cylinder barrel tube is machined of anodized aluminum alloy with a precise inside diameter for excellent sealing properties and durability. Cylinder tube ends are machined into head and cap for proper cylinder alignment and perfect roundness. The bronze rod cartridge offers high strength and bearing support. The lightweight, high-strength piston is solid aluminum alloy. The piston rod is chrome-plated steel. The tie rods are steel. Elastomeric cushion seals are self-aligning and self-checking. Cushioning is provided by a cap cushion spear and floating head cushion bushing which can be adjusted under pressure. O-ring compression seals are used for the tube end seals. NPT ports are standard, however, SAE ports are available. Piston seals and rod seals are carboxylated nitrile “U” shaped cups, Teflon coated for low friction.
