A nonadjustable, cartridge style, pressure-compensated, priority flow regulator intended for fixed displacement hydraulic circuits. Maintains a constant flow rate from port 1 to port 3 throughout a pressure range of 50 psi to 3500 psi. When the inlet flow exceeds the priority setting, the surplus flow is diverted to the bypass (port 2).
