1. SAE ports are standard. NPTF ports are also available. Ports can be rotated to any position.
  2. The cylinder barrel is manufactured from cold-drawn, heavy-wall 1026 steel tubing polished to a micro-finish to create a low-friction surface for improved sealing and long piston bearing durability.
  3. An iron rod gland isthreaded into the tube to provide support for the bearing and to promote durability.
  4. One-piece iron piston provides strength and resistance to shock loads.
  5. Chrome plated, case-hardened piston rod provides between 50,000 and 100,000 PSI minimum yield steel (depending on size). Also available in stainless steel.
  6. High durometer gland o-ring seal and backup for leak-free service.
  7. Urethane rod seals are standard. Viton seals are also available.
  8. O-ring piston seals with wear bands are standard. Step cut cast iron rings, Viton seals, and hi-load seals are also available.
  9. Urethane wiper functions as a secondary seal, keeping out contaminates. For compatibility with other fluids or higher temperatures (to 400°F), a Viton wiper is available. Metallic scrapers and low friction wipers are also available.
